The impressive stone portico at the entrance to the house serves as a wonderful outdoor living space, furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the portico, a large terraced panoramic area offers an ideal spot for unwinding while taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the most secluded corner of the property, set on a lower terrace approximately 15 metres from the house and reached by crossing the garden and descending a short flight of steps. The rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. A cold-water shower, an umbrella, small tables, and comfortable sunbeds complete this inviting poolside setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
