Il Molinaccio is a working estate that produces its own wines, including Rosso di Montepulciano DOC named Il Golo, and future releases of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG as well as a riserva named La Poiana. The estate also produces Grappa, distilled exclusively from its own vinasse, and Il Finocchiaccio, an alcoholic infusion of wild fennel harvested on the property. Future productions include Vin Santo DOC and the celebrated Occhio di Pernice. Guests are invited to enjoy the gastronomic specialties of the area, many of which are produced directly by the farm. Fruit from the estate is transformed into homemade jam, enjoyed at breakfast or used to fill freshly baked pies. A dinner service is available on request, with Alessandro the chef preparing local dishes crafted from the produce of the estate's orchard. The property has been subjected to a technical inspection before the beginning of the season to verify the consistency of the description, the listed accessories, and their operational and maintenance condition, guaranteeing quality, cleanliness, and comfort to all guests. All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.

Villa Cerretalta is in a wonderful position on a small hill surrounded by Brunello vineyards, within the national park of Val D'Orcia. The 7 bedroom, 6 bath property is set between the cities of Montalcino and San Quirico D'Orcia (both are about 10 km away), yet in few minutes you can reach the little town of Torrenieri (5 km) where you can find the nearest shops, supermarket and restaurants.
The owner occasionally uses the independent building nearby and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposal if you should need any help.
Cerretalta is completely surrounded by hedges and fences to guarantee total privacy. Nonetheless, you have a wonderful sight over the countryside.
Once you enter the gateway, there is a large courtyard plenty of tables and chairs at guests’ disposal as well as the brick barbeque. Across the court there is a lovely area with a big round stone table and matching benches sheltered from the sun by a pergola. Here there is also a second way out from the property, down a stone staircase and through a small iron gate.
There are two garden areas.
The first one is bordered by mature trees, should the guests enjoy a peaceful shady lawn, and it is situated next to a white travertine floored space with tables, chairs and parasol. This is the perfect location where you can have your meals, while taking in the beautiful view over the surrounding farmland.
From here, few stone steps lead to the second garden that is located near the poolside. A small gate possibly delimits the way so as to prevent little children from reaching the swimming-pool area without permission. Some fruit trees, flowers and shrubs brighten the place and there is also a gazebo with table and chairs. An extensive hedge marks the limits of the patch.

The enclosed grounds of approximately 3,000 sq m spread across 2 levels and are planted with olive trees, holm oaks, pines, and fragrant herbal borders, creating a lush and peaceful environment that changes beautifully with the seasons. At the exit of the living room on the ground floor, a large terrace serves as the centrepiece of outdoor living, featuring a fully equipped dining area complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, ideal for al fresco meals in an unforgettable setting. A few steps from the terrace lead directly to the swimming pool, a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. Lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy entry, the pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium is bordered by olive trees and enhanced by the fragrance of lavender, and is furnished with sunbeds, tables, and an awning to ensure comfort throughout the day. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you encounter upon arrival.
