Adjacent to the living area, the dining room features a large table capable of accommodating up to 16 people and is also equipped with a working fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, and an American coffee maker, and connects directly to the outdoor equipped area. Also on the ground floor, there is a guest bathroom and 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with a king size bed, a separate sitting room with fax and PC, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. On the first floor, 4 additional bedrooms are available, all with air conditioning.
