The pool edge is crafted from white local travertine, and surrounding it are approximately 200 square meters of solarium area equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, tables, and gazebos. The pool is open all year round. Directly in front of the pool, a beautiful shaded pergola draped with fragrant climbing jasmine provides a romantic setting with outdoor tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a bathroom with 2 showers and a decorative stepped fountain. A stone-paved area connects the pool zone to the kitchen and living room entrance of the villa, where a pergola with jasmine, outdoor tables, chairs, and a mobile barbecue invites leisurely gatherings. To the right of the entrance is a room furnished with a Smart TV, sofa, armchairs, and a 6-seater table with direct access to the outside. To the left, a living room with frescoed ceilings, an ancient sandstone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, a tuned piano, and an 8-seater dining table opens directly to the exterior. A short corridor from the main entrance leads to a service bathroom and a small games room with table football on the left, while on the right a dining room features an extendable table for up to 14 seats with direct access to the gazebo and pool area. A kidney-bean shaped swimming pool measuring 11 x 8 m is available for guests to enjoy from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, complementing the lush yard that bursts with lavender, rosemary, sage, fruit trees, and sprawling lawn areas. The 1,500 sq m garden is a living tapestry of nature, featuring bushes of lavender, rosemary, sage, and other aromatic herbs alongside apple, pear, peach, persimmon, and olive trees, majestic oaks, generous lawn areas, and quiet nooks furnished with benches for moments of peaceful contemplation. Guests are kindly reminded that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival. The non-heated swimming pool, with its distinctive irregular kidney-bean shape measuring 11 x 8 m and a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.20 m, is positioned on a slightly lower level than the basement and is just 25 m from the house.
