Check-in at Villa Il Serraglio takes place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests plus 4 infants under 2 years of age. A security deposit of 3,000 euros is required and will be held by the agency as a credit card guarantee. Late check-in is available subject to an additional charge: arrivals up to 10:00 pm incur a fee of 50 euros, while arrivals after 10:00 pm incur a fee of 100 euros. Housekeeping service is provided for up to 6 hours per day, with Sunday service running from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
