The apartment was better than expected based on website information. We were treated very well by the owners and appreciated their service and interest in us.
Driving to this property is very challenging as it is in a 'no car' zone. The directions I received on the booking form were inadequate and some of the information no longer applies. Please revise this part of the info package.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch und bietet alles was man so braucht. Allerdings ist der Vermittler EasyReserve sehr ungenau mit seinen Aussagen was den Anfahrtsweg betrifft. Ich hatte diesbezüglich extra angefragt, ob der Weg Sportwagen-tauglich ist, doch leider mussten wir dann feststellen dass entgegen der Behauptung von EasyReserve der Weg ein Feldweg war und ich mir das Fzg noch beschädigte. Leider kam auch auf eine Mail an Easy Reserve bezüglich dieses Vorfalls keine Antwort zurück. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, können aber leider nur englisch.

We were a party of 6, 4 of whom were first timers to Italy. Casa di Vignolo was the perfect intro to a small community with good access to all the main centres of Siena, Florence, Arrezo and the Tuscan hill towns. The house was perfect, the locals were very friendly, the food and wine at le Cantine was great. Our cooking class at Marina's house was great fun and we would highly recommend it. Our friends loved the "old style" Tuscan home without the fancy trappings of pool or spa.

What a great time we had at the Palazzo Rosadi! It is a beautiful and spacious villa and property. So much room, and such delightful views. The owner, Rosado, and his family helped to make our stay an enjoyable one. We were very active in travelling the area, to other towns and Florence, but our times at he villa were very special. The bedrooms were lovely and offered quiet and privacy. The views were spectacular, and waking up and viewing the bright sunshine or the fog in the valley were special to me. Still, I feel that a holiday is much about the people you meet, and the Rosadi Family and the people of the nearby area and Monterchi helped to make our holiday one of the best ever for me! Thanks Rosado, Anna, and Ernesto! Super villa, super time, super people.

Our group of 4 couples was extremely happy with Casa Verdiana. It was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The large dining table held all of us during the many meals that we cooked there. We enjoyed the ten minute walk into the village square, as well as the convenient location for traveling to nearby towns. The views from the villa were breath-taking. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with the accomondations.

wir verlebten eine schöne Woche mit drei Ehepaaren in der Villa Grazia. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, und der Besitzer Giuseppe war immer für uns und unsere Wünsche ansprechbar.
Die Aussicht über das Tal war sehr schön, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr exponiert, so dass man beim ersten Mal den Weg schon sehr beschwerlich findet, da die Wege oberhalb von Monsummano Terme nicht in den aktuellen Navi ´s enthalten sind. Die beigefügte Wegbeschreibung war aber sehr gut, so dass wir das Objekt gefunden haben.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt.
Alles in allem ein Objekt, dass man weiter empfehlen kann.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Lovely village, very friendly people and the villa was good but needed some modernisation! There were a number of things missing in the kitchen that would have been very helpful and there isn't a lot of room to cook for a full set of visitors!

Beautifully remodelled and well maintained house. Accommodation comfortable with all modern conveniences. Quiet and private. Owners very nice and helpful, while respecting the privacy of the renters. View from house and yard beautiful. Location very convenient for visiting other areas of Tuscany, so long as one has a car.
