Wij hebben een supervakantie gehad! Zeer warm ontvangen door de huiseigenaren Luc en Jacqueline. Wat hebben ze er een prachtig huis van gemaakt oud en modern door elkaar heen zeer mooi!!! Zwembad was ook erg lekker en groot! Prachtige omgeving ook!

Mooi gelegen huis, fijne tuin en mooi zwembad.
De slaapkamers zijn netjes en prima bedden, echter in de beneden verdieping zijn de kamers vochtig ( was ook een lek in de badkamer die ze wel gingen repareren))
De afwasbak in de keuken is mooi maar niet praktisch en doordat het water niet goed wegloopt gaat het stinken en is erg onhygiënisch zeker met het warme weer.
De rest van het huis is erg mooi typisch Toscaans met veel tierlantijntjes.
De ligging is erg mooi, moet wel altijd met de auto ergens ook naar het dorpje.

Goed huis. Pluspunten: slaapkamers, uitstekende airco, prima bedden, fijn zwembad hoewel niet groot. Fantastisch
uitzicht.
Minpunten:
Het grootste minpunt: er is nergens een mogelijkheid om buiten aan tafel te eten. Heel storend! We hebben de 2 lage
salontafeltjes uit het huis naar
buiten gedragen om buiten te kunnen eten. Bord op schoot. Op ons verzoek om
een buitentafel werd niet
gereageerd.
Daarnaast
missen er normale ligbedden/tuinstoelen.
De kunstof ligbedden bij het
zwembad zijn niet geschikt voor
droge kleding. (Trekt water in)
Er is een serre waarvan de
ramen open kunnen. Maar dat is zeer heet in de zomer. En heeft geen uitzicht. In deze
ruimte is airco, maar dan moeten
de ramen dicht.
Het kleine terras daarnaast,waar de pizzaoven/bbq is, ligt achter een
hoge muur zonder uitzicht! Zonder schaduw. En ook daar geen eettafel/stoelen. Maar lage, slecht zittende bankjes.
Buren hebben een hondenkennel/asiel. Dit geblaf
hoor je op bepaalde momenten
goed. Evenals de muziek die ze 's avonds draaien.
De eigenaar was niet aanwezig tijdens ons verblijf. Maar de buitenruimte is niet strikt gescheiden. De tuin, het gazon met uitzicht, ligt logischer voor de eigenaar als voor de huurwoning.
Er waren verschillende bewakings camera's op het terrein. Ook op het zwembad ed. Dat voelt vreemd. Alsof je bekeken wordt. Niet netjes dat dit niet gemeld wordt.
De koffiecup machine werkt met cups die niet meer te krijgen zijn in 3 supermarkten. Volgens supermarkt zijn deze uit de handel. Eigenaar had nog wat voorraad. Maar dit heeft veel moeite gekost.

The wall is 1 meter high, the minimum size needed to comply with safety regulations in Italy. We understand the complaint of personal taste on the choice of sofas.
The villa is located in a small town where in addition to the inhabitants of the area there are also villas like ours that are rented in the summer for holidays, even if we are far away the noises of music and dogs can be heard, we are sorry because of this.
During the period in which the villa is rented the owner is never present.

We hebben deze prachtige villa met 4 personen bezocht. De villa was ruim, iedereen had zijn eigen slaapkamer met douche. Elisabetta stuurde ruim optijd een email met instructies van bijvoorbeeld winkeltjes en of wij wilde aangeven hoelaat wij aan zouden komen. Het ontvangst was top. Tijdens het verblijf was de communicatie met Elisabetta super goed. Zij heeft ons goed verzorgd en aanbevelingen gegeven om in de buurt te bezoeken. Wij zouden deze villa zeker aanbevelen.

Location bien située en Toscane entre Florence et Sienne, San Gimignano est tout près. Accueil sympathique. Une grande piscine bienvenue quand il fait chaud. Appartement un peu ancien mais fonctionnel. Il nous a manqué peut-être une climatisation.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Lediglich die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es dann irgendwie. Alles in allem aber alles super. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren.

There were lots of ants and geckos in the apartment. The geckos were ok, they are just local animals, the ants were very annoying. And the kitchen utensils were very rare. There were no xxl pots and no proper chopping knives. Nevertheless, the vacation was very nice and I would go there again.
