Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,avec une superbe vue, accueil très chaleureux de la famille. Logement très propre et confortable. Nous avons apprécié les repas sur notre petite terrasse et la piscine.

Bonne situation pour visiter la Toscane. Belle piscine avec vue et bien ensoleillée.
Appartement très vieillot et usagé (cuisine, éclairage,
salle de bain) . Jardin avec trop peu de parasols. Propriété coupée par une petite route avec circulation locale assez dense (bruit).

Outstanding location, set among tranquil olive groves with views across the Tuscan hills, and within easy striking distance of Florence, Sienna and Pisa. The owners grow figs, grapes, plums, lemons and delicious tomatoes, and make their own olive oil. Signora has a perfectionist's eye for detail, as shown in the spacious house, which is furnished with antiques. The house and pool are kept spotlessly clean, and she offers much helpful advice about local attractions and facilities, including a great tip about parking in Florence. The nearby town of Montespertoli has all the shops you need, plus restaurants, bars and a wine shop (opposite the supermarket) where you can get your bottles refilled from a huge vat. We bought amazingly fresh and tasty seasonal produce from the green market (Tuesday) and the Farmer's market (Saturday).

Si vous cherchez la Dolce Vita, alors arrêtez-vous à la Casa Cipressi. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et reposant où la fraîcheur du soir y est très agréable. Vous y croiserez le gardien des lieux, un chat adorable.
La cuisine est assez bien équipée. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût et la piscine au bord des oliviers est un atout de taille.
Bien située par rapport aux grands sites touristiques, vous pouvez pleinement profiter de la Toscane.
Pour éviter les désagréments, prévoyez les anti-moustiques et anti-fourmis, car ces petites bêtes peuvent être très envahissantes.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Un excellent séjour à la Pagliazzone, très bon accueil de M. Paolo et de Mme Ledda. Jolie propriété, bien entretenue, propre, très arborée, très bien située, proche des différentes grandes villes de cette jolie région de Toscane.

Thanks to everyone at Villa Mathilde for making our holiday such a pleasure. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The kids loved the pool and the grounds and the location was perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Sienna, etc. We were very warmly welcomed and would be happy to go back in the future.

Beautiful view and great location with easy access to the lively harbour. The appartment is very practical and has a lot of charm. On the down side, can be noisy and a bit distant from the beaches.

Great house with a wonderful pool. It's a very quiet place with a nice big garden where you can relax and enjoy the views. The location is beautiful, near the little town of Cetona.
