Prachtige omgeving, zeer goed om tot rust te komen. Het huis is goed, maar koelt 's avonds nauwelijks af waardoor slapen soms moeilijk is. Eigenlijk moet er een airco aanwezig zijn. Zwembad is mooi en al met al een prima ervaring. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Sehr schöne Lage, Feriengenuss abseits der Gesellschaft. Man geniesst ruhige und erholsame Ferien für sich alleine. Sehr sauberer Pool. Der Hausmeister hat diesen auch jeden Morgen von Blättern und Insekten gereinigt.
Im Haus könnte man vor Bezug die Spinnennetze noch etwas sauberer entfernen. Ansonsten ist auch das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert. Gute Ausstattung und genügend Platz.
Würde dieses Objekt jedem weiterempfehlen.
Der Wegbeschrieb zum Restaurant, wo man den Schlüssel erhält, ist sehr schlecht beschrieben.
Besser wäre der Beschrieb: "von Angiari Richtung Arezzo bis Passhöhe, Restaurant befindet sich am rechten Strassenrabd auf dem Pass" - oder " von Arezzo Richtung Anghiari bis Passhöhe, das Restaurant befindet sich am linken Strassenrand genau auf der Passhöhe.

Very nice location, holiday pleasure away from the croud. You enjoy quiet and relaxing holidays for yourself. Very clean pool. The caretaker also cleaned it every morning from leaves and insects.
In front of the house one should have remove the spider webs a little besser. Otherwise, the house is really recommended. Good equipment and enough space.
Would recommend this object to anyone.
The directions to the restaurant, where you get the key, is very poorly described...Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The outside of the house was stunning and a beautiful pool and garden. Inside, the bathrooms were very little (shower, toilet and lavabo in room of 70x120) and you have to pass 1 bedroom to get to the bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms. This was not well described in the description of the house.

Heerlijk zoutwater zwembad. Zeer behulpzame eigenares. Keukengerief is aan vervanging toe. Te weinig borden, tassen... voor volledige bezetting. Bijbetalen voor internet is niet normaal in de huidige tijd. Weg naar villa is niet geasfalteerd (ongeveer 2 KM) en dus zeer stoffig.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit tollem Blick über die angrenzende Stadt. Die Ausstattung und alles andere war wie in der Beschreibung.

Good location for art lovers. House furnishings and kitchen equipment basic and a bit tired. Take wasp/hornet remedy. Several of our party were stung badly by hornets while eating at table outside kitchen door in the evening.

Beautiful location with views over Florence in the distance. Very nice pool set up with covered area to sit and eat.
There is no air conditioning which we had taken for granted . It should be spelled out. This was a problem as we had temperatures well over 30 degrees. Fans were produced which helped a little. There is also no wifi . Again we assumed that this would be available . It should be made clear.
There was also a serious mosquito problem and we were told that it was not possible to spray .
The electricity is astonishingly expensive . Don't expect to see much of your deposit back even if you are careful .
Rubbish is also an issue . The collections are complicated . In spite of complying with the rules we accumulated a lot of rubbish which was not collected and somehow that became our problem and we had to pay E50 for it to be taken away.
The reception was friendly and overall we had a good time and as mentioned above the location, lay out and pool facilities are very good but at this price ( with the electricity surcharge on top) I would expect aircon , wifi and a more accommodating approach to the rubbish problem.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Jolie villa toscane avec surtout, une très grande et belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane avec de merveilleux couchers de soleil.
En revanche, l'intérieur de la maison est sombre, et le salon et la salle à manger manquent de confort. La cuisine est trop petite pour y cuisiner et y préparer à manger. Les salles de bain sont aussi petites. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, mais les portes ne ferment pas complètement ce qui ne permet pas aux occupants d'avoir de l'intimité.
Il manque incontestablement une machine à laver le linge, indispensable pour une maison faite pour accueillir 8 personnes.
Le village, avec tous les commerces nécessaires, le marché et un supermarché, est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique et appréciable.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
