Sorry it has taken so long to write this review - i'm having a massive paperwork tidy-up!
We had a lovely stay at Pozzonovo. The apartment was not luxurious but we were not expecting it to be and it was clean and comfortable. The host and his wife were very friendly and though they didn't really speak much English we managed to communicate quite well through sign language and my GCSE Italian! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden with all the fruit trees, swimming pool, table tennis and boules court. There was plenty of space for visitors from the different apartments. The apartments were also very convenient to the train station at Castiglion Fiorentino. This meant we were able to take trips to Florence, Arezzo and Cortona by train, rather than having to take the car.

Die helle und saubere Ferienwohnung war unser Zuhause für eine Woche. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Handtücher, Fön, Seife, Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. In den Zimmern sind Deckenventilatoren und an allen Fenstern und der Türe sind Moskitonetze. Das Internet war im Preis inbegriffen und funktionierte gut. Da wir sonntags anreisten war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einigen Lebensmitteln gefüllt!
Der große Garten ist sehr gepflegt und hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen. Auch einen Grill gibt es. Das Anwesen hat einen großen Parkplatz und man kann ist in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen wieder!

The bright and clean apartment was our home for a week. It is well equipped with everything you need, towels, hair dryer, soap, tea towels, sponge, iron and ironing board. In the rooms are ceiling fans and on all windows and the door are mosquito nets. The internet was included and worked well. As we arrived on Sundays even the fridge was filled with some food!
The large garden is well maintained and has plenty of seating and sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a barbecue. The property has a large parking lot and it is a few minutes walk into the city center.
The landlady is very kind and helpful, without being intrusive. We will be back!

Janice and I had a wonderful time at our Villa. The village had everything that we needed. The owners are also so hospitable and kind. We loved our cooking class at their home with their family. We would highly recommend renting one of their units as we will definitely be back.

very nice house ..for two persons. Really nice garden!
But....very bad !!!!matras and bed ...not for renting. And I had the impression the sheets (old and warn out ;;;)had not been washed. Luckily there is a washingmachine and I could wash them myself (but this is not the way it should be !!)
It is also situated on a very bussy road.
The owner comes by (a little to frequently)and always without warning,even if we were not present.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön (Größe 4 m x 10 m), so dass man sehr gut schwimmen kann. Die Lage des Pools ist ebenfalls sehr gut, denn er liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die warme Außendusche funktioniert leider nur nachmittags, da dann die Sonne die Solarkonstruktion erwärmt. Da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt, braucht man ein Auto. Die Orte Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza usw. sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Autobahnauffahrt (Siena/Perugia) liegt ca. 4,0 km entfernt. In Sinalunga (ca. 7,0 km Entfernung) gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Insgesamt eignet sich das Ferienhaus für einen entspannten Urlaub in privater Atmosphäre.

We just spent a fantastic three weeks here, It is so beautiful and tranquil. Unsurpassed sunsets. Lovely owner and family were so helpful with anything we needed. We will always treasure our days at this gem! Thank you, Michaela & Tom

Perfect for our entire family. Rosado, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will find. It is a perfect place to stay to visit the many hillside towns of Tuscany and return to at night. There are simply too many terrific things to say to put here. It was wonderful. We stayed for three weeks and traveled to Florence, Pescara on the Adriatic and to Cinque Terra.Also to Montelpulciano, Montelcino, and several wineries.
