Wi-Fi (paying service) very too slow (impossible to download my pdf newspaper...),
TV satellite, only 1 channel in French, few European channels, lots of Arabic,
Shower leaks on the bathroom floor,
No micro wave in the kitchen,
At that price level, wooden garden furniture would be more accurate,
If you search real quietness, noise from the apartment above may disturb...

Magnifique propriété avec tout le confort moderne. Idéale pour 2 familles recherchant le calme et la beauté des paysages. Voiture indispensable.
Seul bémol: la wifi disparait dès qu'il y a de l'orage. Se faire montrer par le propriétaire comment la restaurer!
J'y retournerais demain si je pouvais
Par contre, ne pas réserver de dégustaiton de vin avec ce site car accueil impersonnel et trop commercial. Préférer une dégustation dans un des domaines environnants.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme avec une place réservée de parking, accès aux plages à quelques minutes à pied. Une grande terrasse ombragée et un petit espace jardin rendent ce logement très agréable. Ce logement très fonctionnel mérite un petit refraichissement et un grand coup de nettoyage (la terrasse et le barbecue aussi).

A charming, spacious, rustic property set in lovely grounds within a large estate. The villa has its own private garden and good swimming pool. A large well-stocked supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away and it is within easy reach of Pisa, Livorno, Lucca and Florence as well as Lajatico for Andrea Bocelli's home town concert. But do get detailed instructions to get to the villa!

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und detailgetreu restauriert. Sehr saubere Anlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne wo es nötig ist.

The villa is really beautiful with a lot of past charm, but the real highlight was the service. Sara and Eleonora were amazing in their constant availability and willingness to make our vacation special.

We were very pleased to stay in Le Pergole this summer.Beautiful house, rooms, garden, BBQ area and a beautiful panorama. We stayed with family of 10, the service was great. We used the pizza oven with the help of the owner and had every evening al fresco dining in the garden. Sure we will try to visit Le Pergole again!
