Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa bella struttura posta sul crinale di una collina, con la vista che spazia dal mare alla valle del diavolo. Appartamento ben curato, dotato di tutto il necessario. Esterno con ampia giardino, bella piscina e giochi per i bimbi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ideale per una vacanza di relax, ma in posizione che consente di eseguire piacevoli escursioni al mare, a Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Campiglia, Massa Marittima. Consigliato.

Well maintained apartment, equipped with everything you need. Exterior with large garden, beautiful pool and games for children. Friendly and helpful owners. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, but in a position to enjoy pleasant sea excursions to Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Campiglia, Massa Marittima. Recommended.

Komplett ausgestattetes, sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Haus ist - auch mit dem Fahrrad - sehr gut erreichbar.

Completely equipped, very nice house in a quiet location. The landlords were very attentive and polite. The house is also very accessible by bicycle.

the only issue is that blancet was not clean and towels were smelly.

The villa was quite basic but absolutely fine as most of the time was spent outside in the beautiful gardens and pool area. The outside terrace area was perfect for al fresco dining. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. There was a little bar/grocery shop just a few mins walk which was very handy indeed. We saw incredible butterflies, dragonflies, bats, hummingbirds and snakes!! An idyllic holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und idyllisch zwischen Olivenhain und Weinberg. Morgens kräht teilweise ein Hahn und es gibt eine automatische Bewässerungsanlage für den Garten, die ihre Geräusche macht, hierdurch können sehr hellhörige geweckt werden, aber die Zimmer sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr dicht. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit großem Auto etwas beschwerlich, weil eng und uneben.
Dafür überzeugt das Haus aber mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und mit bestmöglicher Ausstattung, angefangen bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch Liegehandtücher für den Pool sind vorhanden. Ordentliche Matratzen, sehr gute Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und kleine Pröbchen im Badezimmer. Daneben gibt es genügend Sonnenschirme, Holzkohlegrill und Pizzaofen (bei uns war alles für den Gebrauch der Geräte vorhanden). Die Küche beinhaltet neben Geschirr auch Weingläser und Öffner, sowie eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine und eine Dolce Gusto Padvariante.
Vorhanden sind auch eine kleine Waschküche mit Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Waschmaschine, sowie zweitem Kühlschrank, was bei der Zahl der Personen die untergebracht werden können viel wert ist. Wir waren insgesamt sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der tollen Lage mit Meerblick und der super guten Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Besitzerin kümmert sich sehr herzlich, spricht aber nur Italienisch.

The house is beautifully situated, quiet and idyllic between olive grove and vineyard. In the morning a cock partly crows and there is an automatic irrigation system for the garden, which makes its noises that can awaken, but the rooms are also very good isolated with the closed windows. The way to the house is a bit difficult with a big car because it's narrow and uneven.
But the property is plenty of parking and with the best facilities one can wish, starting with bed linen and towels, towels for the pool are also available. Good mattresses, very good screens in front of the windows. There are plenty of umbrellas, charcoal for the grill and pizza oven (we had everything available for the use of the equipment ). The kitchen includes not only dishes, but also wine glasses and openers, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto pad coffee machine.
There is also a small laundry room with iron, ironing board and washing machine, as well as a second fridge, which is worth the number of people who can be accommodated. Overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness, the great location with sea views and the super good facilities of the house. The owner cares very much, but speaks only Italian.

Schönes Haus! Traumhafte Lage und Blick in die Landschaft, toller Pool in welchem man wirklich schwimmen kann! Alles perfekt,bis auf Ausstattung mit guten Kochtöpfen und scharfen Kochmessern.

Beautiful house! Fantastic location and view into the landscape, great pool in which you can really swim! Everything was perfect, except for facilities such as good cooking pots and sharp kitchen knives.

Overall excellent experience. We filled the Villa and yet everything worked well. Great for a family reunion or extended family gathering. Train to Firenze was simple and being in the mountains added options for those who wanted more outdoor experiences.

Better than the pictures! The villa was spotless with a well stocked kitchen and beautiful modern bathrooms. The views were exceptional, the outdoor spaces and pool area were comfortable and well landscaped and we were fortunate to be there when everything was in full bloom. Our hostess Caterina could not have been more accommodating and made us a delicious dinner one evening. Truly a week to remember. One minor downside was no clothes dryer.
