Great location, house a little old fashioned and under equipped but overall a really successful and enjoyable stay. Antony Ferrari as the agent was first class, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Villa Catelmuzio is exceptional in every way - a glorious pool, a divine garden with a wonderful array of beautiful flowers, perfectly appointed and equipped property and a view to die for. Watching the sunsets across the valley is lovely. Even hearing the wildlife at night is fun! Thank you for a perfect stay - we will be back - and recommend this place to everyone. posto bellissimo ma non è la cosa più importante.. la disponibilità, l'accoglienza e soprattutto la fiducia dimostrata sono gli ingredienti principali che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Nella pace e nel relax più totale, solo due giorni, ma stando in un posto dove gli unici rumori che senti sono gli uccellini (e l'assiolo.. un gufo notturno) ti sembra di stare in un mondo a parte. Vicino a San Giminiano e Volterra (mezz'ora di auto). A Castefiorentino (15 min di auto) trovi tutto ciò che serve per mangiare. Per raggiungere l'agriturismo c'è una strada sterrata (ca 1km) e anche questo permette il silenzio totale. Biliardino, Ping pong, campi da gioco, piscina e giochi per bambini, completano una struttura già di per se molto ben organizzata. Loro sono viticoltori di un ottimo vino.. consiglio la degustazione e l'acquisto. Posto consigliatissimo!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] beautiful place but it is not the most important thing .. the courtesy, the welcome and above all the trust shown are the main ingredients that made our stay perfect. In total peace and relaxation, only two days, but being in a place where the only sounds you hear are the birds (and the scops owl ... a night owl) you feel like you're in a world apart. Close to San Gimignano and Volterra (half an hour by car). In Castelfiorentino (15 min by car) you will find everything you need to eat. To reach the farm there is a dirt road (approx 1 km) and this also allows total silence. Table football, ping pong, playgrounds, swimming pool and games for children, complete a complex already very well organised. The owners are winemakers of an excellent wine .. I recommend tasting and buying it. Highly recommended place!

Un lugar precioso rodeado de naturaleza, muy cercano de los pueblos típicos a visitar de la Toscana y el trato de la propietaria magnífico.

excellent séjour dans une petite "bonbonnière" ou tout est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers. les propriétaires sont en outre, adorables ,ce qui ne gâche rien!

L'endroit est calme, reposant et à la fois proche de la belle ville d'Arezzo. Un grand panorama magnifique des collines est proposé d'un côté de la maison et de l'autre la ville d'Arezzo avec la plaine qui y conduit. La maison spacieuse est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine parfaitement entretenue. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, conciliants et discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre collines typiques toscanes et nombreux lieux culturels. Souvenirs inoubliables.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. The views were gorgeous. The farm surroundings were peaceful and restful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed the vineyards, flowers, the pool and the well-kept grounds. We took walks along the farm roads and saw some wonderful views of the area, including of San Gimignano. The apartment was lovely, with traditional farmhouse decor and many comforts. We drove into San Gimignano in the evenings, when the tours had moved on and people were strolling through town, having dinner, listening to music, or indulging in gelato. We recommend this as a great place to thoroughly enjoy Tuscany.

Die Unerkunft war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Zusätzlich ist die Unterkunft sehr groß und geräumig.
Leider ist auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich, daß sich die Wohnung außschließlich im 1. OG befindet. Da wir jedoch mit
Kindern im Urlaub waren, hätten wir uns eine ebenerdige Terrasse mit Gartenanteil gewünscht. Da die Eigentümer mit im Haus wohnen, waren die ebenerdigen Bereiche und der Garten natürlich privat. Es wurde uns leider auch leider nicht angeboten, den Garten mitzubenutzen, wodurch immer das Gefühl entstand "durch" den Privatbereich zu laufen. Daher können wir die Unterkunft für Urlauber mit Kindern nicht weiteremfehlen. Die Eigentümer waren trotzallem sehr hilfsbereit und haben den nicht funktionstüchtigen Kühlschrank gegen den eigenen umgehend ausgetauscht. Auch fehlende Lappen und die nicht vorhandene Kaffeemaschine wurden schnell nachgeliefert. Die Terrasse hat einen schönen Ausblick über die toskanische Landschaft - befindet sich eben nur leider im 1. OG.
