Plus: great location, beautiful apartment.
Minus: no water cooker, no cushions on garden furniture and not enough garden furniture, which we had to share with our neighbours. We prefer to pay the cleaning costs via bank and not cash... Also, nobody rang to check whether everything was ok or so.
The check out was at 10 am. We had already asked to check out earlier as we had to drive back to Holland. We had to wait for Simona (rep of the resort) and the cleaner. At 10.20 am they finally arrived, no apology of some sort. My husband was very angry, but Simona kept arguing it wasn't her fault... The fact that we need to pay a deposit of 500 euros in cash is not something of this day and age. We would have preferred to leave much earlier, but had to wait for the money to be returned. So overall a nice stay, but there are some things that need to be improved.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Beautiful villa set in stunning countryside. Let down by a poorly equipped kitchen with few amenities, especially given the extremely remote location and difficulty in visiting shops.

Grande maison rustique mais fonctionnelle avec une très grande piscine. Mention spéciale à l'accueil de nos hôtes d' une gentillesse rare. Localisation parfaite en pleine nature et à 5mn de Montepulciano.

Rustig gelegen, wel onverharde (lange) toegangsweg. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Huis goed uitgerust. In de tuin geen ligzetels enkel 2 tuinstoelen die je soms moet delen met andere bewoner. Prijs/kwaliteit toch wel dik in orde!

Das Haus iegt wunderschön etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft.Es hat einen wunderschönen Pool von ca 10 auf 5 Meter.
Das Haus ist zweckäßig eingerichtet.Was wirklich fehlt ist eine Klimaalage.
Für 4 Personen ideal. Man ist dort wirklich für sich und kann wunderbar entspannen.

This little house had everything we needed. The village is just what my husband and I were looking for - quaint, quiet, friendly, and close to many larger towns for day trips. However, the best part of this rental was the unexpected awesomeness of Irene and Edoardo - the owners and hosts. The two of them made our experience unforgettable, personable, and unique. They were always on the ready for advice or suggestions, and even were available to be tour guides. They became more like friends than tour guides! We will definitely go back and stay at one of Irene and Edoardo’s places!

We were a group of 7 for a family vacation. The castle was beautiful. Staff available for any help, though we had complete privacy during our stay. Amazing views, beautiful decor and even a delicious onsite restaurant.
