Excellent position re the town and parking, but courtyard disappointing as there is no view - Alice who met us and organised things was excellent

Great location, good standards, key issue was/is, advertised and paid for 2 bedroom, no 2nd bed useable as was tiny bed in 2nd bedroom with no bedding. Ask about bedding but could only obtain till second day if we picked it up ourselves, did ant bother just used the one bed, not ideal for the money. Would consider going back next year as visit every year, if offered some allowance?

We had a wonderful stay in this charming Villa. The setting and view were amazing. Our host were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful pasta dinner that they provided. I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location. Eight of us had a really enjoyable stay. Close to Empoli and other small places with wonderful restaurants and easy to catch the train to Florence for example.
Our only concerns were that there wasn’t enough hot water at any time for showers and we had to buy a kettle to boil water. Also one of the beds had a spring poking through which was a bit uncomfortable for the occupant.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

my friend and i really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to Florence and other places we wished to visit while we were in Tuscany. Everyone from the owner to the staff were pleasant and helpful. The views were spectacular across the valley and loved the fact it was an authentic villa with good beds and furnishings. the Italian breakfasts presented by Annetta were wonderful.
