Nel Guasto was beyond our expectations! The quaint villa had ample room and was spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect! The view was most spectacular! The gardens surrounding the villa were very well groomed and the location was ideal for day trips to Lucca, Florence and other villages. The house is located outside Certaldo on a quiet location but very good for the region for visiting towns. The pool is excellent. The house is a bit old but serves its purpose. A dishwasher would be a nice addition and maybe airco for the hotter days. The host Isabelle is excellent and super friendly.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick ist unschlagbar! ! ! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Mehl, Olivenöl und Linsen aus der Herstellung des Hauseigentümers als Geschenk. Marta ist die Hausbetreuerin vor Ort und sie macht das hervorragend, ist sehr engagiert und professionell. Toll! ! !
Leider gibt es in der Küche ein Belüftungsproblem der Schränke, in denen es sehr unangenehm riecht.
Es gab jede menge Mücken, also Spray unbedingt mitnehmen und es gibt unsagbar viele Mücken abends, die nicht stechen, aber die Anzahl ist beängstigend.
Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber gepflegt und sauber.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Really beautiful location with the pool overseeing the mountains. Very nice and helpful host Stefano. The house is really well equiped and has all you need. The only thing to bear in mind is very remote location from shops, restaurants etc. It is about 40 minutes away from Cortona through rural roads. But in exchange you get to spend great vacation in quiet surroundings.

Tolle Anlage. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wohnung ist sehr schön, Terrasse ist schattig. Überraschend, dass diese Wohnung kaum teurer ist als die anderen, da nur sie diesen Luxus bietet. Pool sehr schön. Es war eine schöne Zeit dort.

Ein sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem tollen Pool und Hund Pepe inklusive (s. vorherige Gäste). Liebe Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen.
Weg zum Haus über eine Schotterpiste, guter Zustand.
Da es eine landwirtschaftlich geprägte Gegend ist, werden durchaus unter anderem auch Sonntag morgens ab 6.30 Uhr mit dem Kettentraktor (statt Reifen wegen der steilen Hügel) die Felder bearbeitet. Oben auf dem Hügel (kleine Häuserreihe) bellten und heulten oft mehrere Hunde. Das war etwas störend, wenn man sich die Ruhe erhofft.
