We stayed at Fattoria Le Chianacce - La Lolla for one week.
The location is superb if you want a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation in Tuscany.
It's a picturesque location placed on a hill-top, here you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Worth mentioning is the pool area, here you can relax in the sun.
La Lolla has a good overall size for 2 adults and a couple of children.
The bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook under your stay, the meals can be enjoyed at one of the properties terraces with a view of the landscape.
Bathroom is also okay. Clean towels and linen are included in the price.
Simona is a good host and keeps the surroundings clean all the time.
If you are into local wines, Catina Canaio is 9 minutes walk away, worth a visit.
The location is close to many well known places in the region... We went to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Firenze. Rome and Pisa are both a 2 hour drive from the property.
It's not five star hotel, but you really get value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Lavanda very much. The house is beautiful, very clean and the loaction is good. Although we had to pay for the airconditioning which didn’t work for 2 days…

Wij waren twee weken in dit authentieke huis. Het huis ligt lekker afgelegen, waardoor je veel privacy heb. Maar vooral rust! Een nadeel is dat de weg er naar toe onverhard is en niet geschikt is voor sportauto's. Maar dat heeft wel z'n charme.
Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht maar wel van alle moderne faciliteiten voorzien. Denk daarbij aan wifi en inductie koken.
Het buiten vertoeven is geweldig met zo'n mooi uitzicht en een goed onderhouden zwembad.
Communicatie loopt goed. Spreken wel alleen Italiaans.
Het enige dat we misten is een welkomstpakket en een informatiemap van het huis en de omgeving.

Der gesonderte Preis für den Strom von EUR 0,50 je kw/h ist schon üppig!
Ansonsten liegt das Objekt sehr schön abgeschieden mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal.

Bella e comoda casa, anche se poco rilassante per rumori e spazio esterno limitato. Buone dotazioni in genere, mancano però alcuni comodini e, soprattutto, porta asciugamani nei bagni! Accoglienza essenziale, completa mancanza di informazioni di base. WiFi assente in parte della casa e comunque segnale debole e intermittente.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec une localisation superbe de la maison (proche de la mer mais aussi des villes de Florence et Pise). Une vue sur la mer et sur la verdure environnante fabuleuse. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité soit une maison « rustique » mais très propre avec tout le nécessaire. L’extérieur est parfait avec sa terrasse, sa grande piscine, le barbecue et tous les équipements.

Beautifull place, authentic stone villas and very nice swiming pool... all in middle of wine field and 15 min from the beach.
For calm and family stay, all facilities and kind tenants.
