We had a wonderful time at the villa. The owner, Paulo, was charming and shared his wine with us, which was delicious. Attentive without being invasive. Pool was a great relief during the hot July days.

Great villa, amazing location with a wonderful view! We were 9 adults and 2 infants and the Villa was very comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect for a family reunion, an afternoon with kids, or even a birthday party (We did my 40th there). Dan (The Owner) is what makes the place stand out. He is really the most helpful host we ever had, and I cannot recommend enough to spend some time at his villa!

We absolutely loved our time at Podere Valcellino! The natural beauty, the great layout and amenities. Plus the manager was an absolute dream! We will be back.

Our family of 17 stayed here for 10 days and it was the most magical experience! Everything was top notch, from the rooms, the views, the food and the service! Lucia and team are outstanding and I would recommend this villa 1000 times over. The spa and pool are wonderful amenities. We added a private chef service for a few dinners that were fantastic. Highly recommend and hope to come back again one day!

Beautiful Villa- right out of a brochure as was nicer in person then the pictures. We stayed with two families and seven children and was very comfortable for all of us. Could easily host three families as lots of space and great kitchen for entertaining.
Pool area was amazing and great way to end each day in such a picturesque setting.
Milena the host was great and recommended a few great restaurants close by that were exceptional.
Definitely be going back.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in diesem schönen Haus in der Toskana u. haben uns mit den Kindern u. Enkelkindern wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr weitläufig, die Küche gut ausgestattet u. der Pool sehr angenehm. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder, dann mit unserem kleinen Hund Nala.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed for the second time in this beautiful house in Tuscany and again felt very comfortable with the children and grandchildren, everything is very spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the pool very pleasant. The sea is not far away either. Next year we will come again, then with our little dog Nala.

The gorgeous villa nestled atop the hills of Castiglion Fiorentino was more spectacular than the pictures! The views were breath-taking , and the place was immaculate. To our delight, there were a few surprises at the villa - the pool had some lovely cabanas and new umbrellas installed, plus a hot jacuzzi which was lovely to enjoy in the evenings whilst taking in the view.
We did not have a car, and transport did prove tricky, but our hosts were super helpful in collecting us from the local train station (however, I do recommend hiring a car). One evening, the matriarch and her friend cooked us a lovely local meal which included the most amazing Bistecca Fiorentina (the consistency was tender and soft, like butter), followed a spectacular Tiramisu - delightful! Definitely too much food, but we certainly did not mind. The complimentary vino della casa and house made olive oil were also a very lovely touch. Such a spectacular home, secluded and private location – even the separate staircases in the house offer some privacy from your guests (or kids…). We so enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return to sunny, beautiful Tuscany.

Villa Cerritini is a very nice house - we were 12 persons living there under our vacation. The pool is clean and well managed, and it is a good thing that there is a table with chairs, so that we could spend evenings outside too.
The house is not too far from Montepoliciano, a very beautiful city with a lot to see, both in the city and on the way to the city and back.
