We absolutely loved staying at Podere Il Doccio. Easy reserve made the reservation process very swift and simple. When we arrived we were greeted by Irene who was fantastic, she was so welcoming and helpful with showing us around the property and giving us so much information on things we could do nearby. Irene was also easy to contact to help us make dinner reservations and put together itineraries for us over our trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were a big group and there was space for all of us, including them accommodating us and adding an extra bed. The pool was beautiful and the we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the evenings on the terrace. I couldn't recommend staying here enough. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

prachtig appartement alles perfect onderhouden. Fantastische verhuurders.
Locatie is een klein dorpje in de grillige Toscaanse heuvels, waar toerisme nog goeddeels afwezig is.
Dus ideaal voor mensen die van rust houden en nog iets van het echte Italiaanse dorpsleven willen beleven.

Location is a small village in the jagged Tuscan hills, where tourism is still largely absent.
So ideal for people who love peace and quiet and still want to experience something of the real Italian village life.

Excellent property, well equipped and maintained by very helpful (and Local) Owner. Well situated for both Umbria and Tuscany. Spent 2 very happy weeks there in August 2022.

Posto fantastico in mezzo ai vigneti e agli ulivi toscani, a due passi da Arezzo e dalle meraviglie della regione. Casa attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Piscina funzionale. Il ristorante...si mangia divinamente a prezzi contenuti. Le persone del relais fantastiche, gentilissime e disponibilissime ! Grazie davvero ! Torneremo !!!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in der Villa. Es war genial! Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und das erste was wir taten, war den Zaun zu kontrollieren. Ergebnis: das riesige Grundstück ist lückenlos eingezäunt. Also ein Hundeparadies.
Das Haus und die Terassen sind unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl Schatten, als auch Sonne genießen und das auf wirklich gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln. In der Küche gibt es absolut alles, was man braucht. Sogar einen Kuchen und einen Obst- und Gemüsekorb gab es zur Begrüßung.
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Ruhig, aber nicht weit von den interessanten Städten, oder besten Restaurants der Toskana. Die Besitzerin kümmert sich liebevoll um Garten und Gäste.
Vielen Dank für alles. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. It was brilliant! We had 2 dogs with us and the first thing we did was check the fence. The result: the huge property is completely fenced in. So it's a dog paradise.
The house and the terraces are unbelievably lovingly furnished. You can enjoy both shade and sun at any time of day on really comfortable garden furniture. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. There was even a cake and a fruit and vegetable basket as a welcome.
The location of the house is ideal. Quiet, but not far from interesting towns or the best restaurants in Tuscany. The owner lovingly takes care of the garden and the guests.
Thank you very much for everything. It was a perfect holiday.
