Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Aussergewöhnlich und sehr stilvoll, wenn man den ländlichen Stil Italiens mag. sehr nette Vermieterin, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Unfassbar schöne gegend! Wir werden wieder hinfahren! Nur erschreckne lassen bei dem letzten Weg dorthin. Die Straße ist unansphalziert aber sehr gut befahrbar. :-)

Very nice house ( pics describe house well) and fantastic garden in quiet surrounding on a very big and private property. Kitchen works well, with most items in place and a big place for outside eating, nice albeit somewhat “on the backside” of the house. A bit of mosquitoes at night, as in other areas of Tuscany. A/C in 3 of four bedrooms. Pool area is plesant, albeit 50m or so away/down from the house. Owner/host lives in separatated part of house but not disturbing on any big way. House power system is a bit underpowered and full use of appliances needs to be paired with a/c off and no washing machine. Not suitable for charging Your EV, but four 22KW AC chargers are available 5 min walk from house by nearest supermarket.
Nice small town 5 min drive (Pescia) with most stuff available in very untouristy town with Saturday market. Car is generally recommended for this place to work smoothly, but it is not impossible without 10 min drive to trainstation. We had a fantastic time woth our young adults. Very good setting for the big family.

We stayed here for two weeks , last week in June First week in July , I have to say this house is absolutely beautiful , decorated very nicely , has everything you could want for a large group! Pool and gardens are very well maintained and spotless clean , The host Stefano was fantastic to deal with , he even dropped us down breakfast on our first morning, we couldn’t have asked for more ! We had one minor issue which was resolved within 20 minutes of us calling him ! Thankyou Stefano.

Die Lage der Villa ist ideal für Ausflüge.Sie hat einen wunderschönen Garten und grossen Pool.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Die Familie ist sehr nett und freundlich,jeden morgen wird der Garten gepflegt und der Pool gereinigt.

Me and my family had the best vacation in Isolina´s villa Le Giare. The villa is superb, the setting is beautiful with views down into the valley up to Cortona. We had such a wonderful week celebrating a birthday in the family. The villa was clean, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous apartments. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas are outstanding. From the beginning, Isolina was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Lovely, peaceful location. Off the beaten track but not too far to drive to large towns for shopping etc. Very clean and well maintained. Good base for all the touristy bits of Tuscany but the villa itself doesn't feel at all touristy
