The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by tall trees, decorated with pots and flowers and equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, swing and barbecue. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. The indoor heated pool is available for use throughout the year. Pool heating is included from May to October, with a maximum temperature of 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.
The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.

All of the 3 units have been recently restored and offer nicely furnished and cozy interiors. At their arrival, guests staying at Certaldo will be given a permission allowing them to drive to their apartment and make use of a parking situated in an internal courtyard near the apartments. During the month of July (approx. 10 days) there is a very nice “festival” (“named Mercantia”) taking place in the historical centre of Certaldo Alto (the oldest part of the town), where local artists and artisans show their works until late at the night. During this period of the year the access to the internal courtyard for parking is not possible.
