Holiday Home Giannella is a beautiful stone building (90 sq m) with air conditioning. The property can sleep up to eight people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located , Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 80 km (50 mi) from Civitavecchia. The Tuscan coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (200 m 633 ft).
The building is composed by a total of 4 total apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor.
The one we publish is on the ground floor, it offers an external private area with table and chairs.

Description
The holiday Villa in Maremma, Tuscany, is surrounded by a wide olive grove, cypresses and a lush garden. A wonderful private pool (11x5m, 1,40 deep) and a nice pergola are highlights of this villa.
Ground floor: there is an entrance, a living room, dining room, kitchen, a toilette, a storage room with washing machine and two double bedroom with private bathroom and garden view.
First floor: we have a double room and a triple room both with private bathroom and balcony.
Provided are: bedsheets, towels, soap, hairdryer, hangers, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, stuff for cleaning the house, iron.
The kitchen is well equipped: oven, cooker (gas flames), fridge, freezer, pan, boiler pan, coffee maker,colander, cutlery, plate, grater, toaster, knife, ladle, potato peeler, mug, standing mixer, hand mixer, cutting board, glasses, rolling pin, microwave, electric cattle, corkscrew, saucepan,measuring cup, oven glove, kitchen tools, dish washer,range hood, juicer.
