For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court, barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

This three-story residence offers a shared swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 15 to September 30, open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), a fenced pool area with shower/WC, patio, terrace, barbecue, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Amenities include a washing machine, Internet WiFi, parking, and a yard. Additionally, linen and towel changes, room cleaning, and a cook are available upon request for a supplemental charge.
