The location is absolutely extraordinary being the house only few steps away from the sea.
The villa is rather simple with typical tuscan rustic style, but it offer all comforts. There are terracotta floors and wooden ceilings, 2 fire places, a special and particular atmosphere which is balanced by its unique and charming location.
