Please note that access to the property is via a 2 km unmade, narrow, and bumpy countryside road made of gravel, and a high-clearance vehicle or SUV is strongly recommended, as low-clearance cars are best avoided on this terrain.

The private swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth of 140 cm, is available from 6 May to 30 September and is complemented by a dedicated WC in the pool area as well as an outdoor shower for the convenience of guests. Garden furniture is provided throughout the outdoor areas, creating comfortable spaces for sunbathing and unwinding. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining, and a volleyball area adds a recreational dimension to the exterior of the property. Adjacent to the swimming pool, there is a separate outbuilding equipped with a kitchen and living room, offering 2 sleeping possibilities. This additional space is particularly well suited for enjoying lunch in close proximity to the pool, making it a practical and pleasant extension of the outdoor living experience.

A washing machine is available within the main house for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay. Linen changes are available at an additional supplementary charge. Guests are advised that a car is strongly recommended for staying at this property, given its remote rural location and the nature of the access road. A SUV or high-clearance vehicle is particularly suggested to navigate the 2 km gravel road comfortably. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups under any circumstances.
