Parking Note: The property includes a secure, gated double parking space. Please note the entrance gate has a height limit of approx. 180 cm. Taller vehicles (such as large SUVs or vans) can be conveniently parked along the access road, just 50 meters from the entrance.

This home is defined by its contemporary architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
On the Upper Level, the main entrance leads into an expansive living space masterfully divided by a central fireplace.
