There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa.
