Casina Paradiso is just a few minutes drive from the town of Cortona, rich in Etruscan reminiscences, priceless and beautiful works of art, noble palaces and characteristic lanes. You cannot miss visiting Cortona and drinking a glass of wine in “Rugapiana” alley.
Lake Trasimeno is also easily accessible from here, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic centres magically set in the green hills that frame it. It is also an ideal destination for lovers of water sports.
The small house is located next to the owners' villa, with whom you will also occasionally share the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view of Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1.40-1.60 - open from 1st May to 30 September). Casina Paradiso is furnished with taste and care down to the smallest detail, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and has a beautiful private terrace-solarium and an outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture for your dinners “al fresco”.
