It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa.
