Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 31 km (19 mi) from Cortona.
Montepulciano can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes, or 200 mt from the villa you can take a bus that takes you into town.
