The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.

In front of the house, extensive olive groves invite leisurely strolls, while at the back of the property the outdoor living areas unfold into a generous stone-paved space with a gazebo set up for outdoor dining, forming a single open environment together with the veranda and the pool. A large, well-kept lawn bordered by low hedges completes this rear outdoor area. Adjacent to the dining area, a brick structure houses the barbecue, while the wood stove is located on the veranda. Next to the main entrance, a stone portico has been arranged as a comfortable lounge area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and tables, offering a shaded retreat at any time of day. The French window of the veranda, fitted with mosquito netting, opens directly onto the external dining area located beside the pool. All ground floor rooms feature French windows that connect the interior with the outdoor spaces, with the living room opening directly onto the portico and the external dining area.
The first floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping area and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Of the double bedrooms, 2 are en suite: one features a hydromassage shower and bathtub, and the other features a hydromassage shower. The 2 twin bedrooms include 1 with joinable beds. The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.
