It is located just 3 km from San Casciano dei Bagni, a town famous for its hot springs, very close to the splendid Val d’Orcia area in the province of Siena. The villa is tastefully furnished, and offers large outdoor spaces and a beautiful private pool.
Within a 50-100 km radius, you can visit the Val d’Orcia’s most important historical places of interest, such as Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani and the famous Crete Senesi area, which spans from the border of Siena and Arezzo provinces to Mount Amiata (1738 meters above sea level).

The property features complimentary Internet Wifi throughout and convenient parking facilities for guests. A stunning non-heated swimming pool measuring 15x7 meters with depths ranging from 0.8 to 2.5 meters is situated at the edge of the olive grove, providing spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The pool can be covered with a protective cloth to maintain water temperature during cooler nights and is open from 1 May to 31 October.

Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.
