The large garden is shaded by centuries-old pines and cedars of Lebanon and bursts with colourful seasonal flowers, fragrant lemon trees typical of the Tuscan landscape, and a dedicated herb corner from which you can gather fresh ingredients to prepare the classic dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. A generously sized sunbathing area surrounds the pool, equipped with umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, small tables, and a sofa with armchairs. The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.

The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Residenza D'epoca is located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano in the tourist area "Orcia Valley".
The swimming pool is located at 1 km far from the property and it can be reached on foot. The guests will find there also a toilet, external shower and a fridge all at their disposal.
