In the immediate vicinity of the two residential units and directly in front of the pool area, a paved and shaded surface provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The non-heated swimming pool is a true highlight of the property, framed by scenic olive trees and vines and enjoying an open view over the hilly landscape. Reached by climbing five steps and crossing the surrounding lawn, the pool has a rectangular shape measuring 4.5 x 11 m, with a depth that gradually increases from 1.20 m to 1.80 m. The tank is PVC-lined, sanitized with chlorine, and equipped with internal lights, as well as steps running along one of the two short sides. Along the stone-paved edge, a dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. A basement accessible via a flight of stairs houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room for the convenience of pool users. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The structure in subdivided into 3 apartments, (there is no internal access between apartments) which come rented to one single party as a single rental villa. The largest apartment holds a dining room large enough for 8 guests to dine together.
The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. This property has been carefully restored and turned into 6 comfortable apartments, all of which offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antiques. The location, among vineyards and olive groves is peaceful and dominates the Chianti Classico hills. Beautiful panoramic views with Siena in the distance are afforded. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
