Description
A few kilometers from Bocca di Magra, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the vacation home “La Sevillana”. Single villa of about 80sqm with 5 beds, private pool and private garden.
From here you can visit the best places in the area, such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca - or make wonderful excursions to Lunigiana. But Portovenere or Lerici are also a short distance away. You can explore Liguria, as well as northern Tuscany.
This vacation home in Liguria is located at the end of a private road, which is partly unpaved and not suitable for cars that are too low and/or inexperienced drivers. Once you arrive at your destination, walk down the access road to the automatic gate.
Immediately beyond it you are presented within the private garden, two covered parking spaces.

Conveniently located 590 m (1900 ft) from Torre, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca. Property Casa Mia is a lovely property (250 sq m) that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
