The foundations of Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco date back to the 1400s, commissioned by Lorenzo and Giovanni de' Medici, sons of Pier Francesco, and later sold to Taddeo Ducci in 1494. Renata is nicknamed Nonna Renata (Grandmother Renata) because of her age, but also because of the way she makes you feel at home in the villa. She is like a sweet grandmother who makes delicious dishes to make you taste Medici's dishes and ancient Tuscan dishes.

The queen of breakfast. Her cakes are among the best reviewed aspects of the villa. They are homemade and made early in the morning, just before the customers arrive in the salon near the kitchen. You will be greeted by an unbeatable scent of sweet cakes.

The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.
