Access to the pool area is through 2 dedicated gates, and the pool itself is located approximately 20 metres from the main building, reachable via a staircase or ramp. Approximately 5 metres from the outdoor kitchen, guests will find a 6-seat heated whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The large panoramic veranda, overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is a highlight of the property and serves as an ideal outdoor dining and living space. The parking area, featuring 10 uncovered spaces, is situated above the building at the end of the avenue.
