Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 1000 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damage incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee. If you require accommodation for 10 guests rather than the full 12-person capacity, one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom will remain closed. The villa offers professional services available on request, including gardener assistance, maid service, and chef services to enhance your stay. Please note that for the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates.
