This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished. Next to the villa for vacation, which has an overall area of 240 sq.m,, is the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Outside is a splendid private swimming pool with sunshade and deckchairs, surrounded by a superb green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
