Upon arrival, you follow the access road to reach the covered parking area, from which a few stone steps and a winding path lead you up to the house and the pergola, where a dedicated outdoor dining area invites al fresco meals with a view. Behind the house, a wood-fired oven and a brick barbecue provide the perfect setting for authentic outdoor cooking experiences. In a particularly scenic position, a Sky Bench has been placed to offer an ideal vantage point from which to admire the sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in a lower area of the grounds, accessible from the lawn or by descending stone stairs. Rectangular in shape and divided into 2 basins, the pool measures 12x6 meters in total, with a maximum depth of 1.20 meters in the large basin and 40 cm in the smaller one. The small basin is equipped with a hydromassage feature, while the pool itself is lined with PVC and fitted with a Roman staircase for easy access and internal lighting. A chlorine purification system maintains water quality throughout the season. The surrounding solarium area is finished with gres tiles and furnished with loungers, 3 gazebos, and a cold water shower, creating a complete and comfortable poolside environment. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the color of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Surrounded by 309 hectares (woods, vineyards and olive groves) it is part of a magnificent historic venue dating back to the thirteenth century and also a farming estate producing wine and oil. Villa Paneretta is next to the ancient Castello della Paneretta and its cellars: the production of Chianti Classico wine represents the main activity and guests of Villa Paneretta will have the privilege of tasting the unique flavor of its bottles of wine directly on the spot. The castle is open (at fixed times) for tastings and visits but the guests of Villa Paneretta will always enjoy the exclusivity of their outdoor spaces and swimming pool.
The private swimming pool is located about 50 meters away from the villa and can be reached by walking under the historic castle walls. The location of Villa Paneretta is very strategic: you are halfway between Florence and Siena and in the heart of the Chianti Classico region.
At guests' disposal: air conditioning in 4 bedrooms, private garden, equipped outdoor areas, private swimming pool (above ground) located about 50 meters from the villa (9 x 4 meters; depth: 1.20 meters; usable from 8:30 to 19:00), small barbecue, wi-fi internet connection, parking area. On request it is possible to rent an outbuilding with 2 additional bedrooms (sleeps 3) located in front of the villa. The dependance is rented only together with the villa.
