The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo and it is walking distance to the pretty village of San Gennaro through a country path perfect for guests who would like to stay at a property walking distance from a restaurant. The English-speaking management is available for assistance and can arrange guided tours in the surrounding areas. Cooking services can be organised at extra cost. Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. The pool is finished with PVC lining, purified using a salt system, and features internal lighting for evening ambiance, with access provided via a Roman staircase. The surrounding solarium area combines porcelain stoneware paving with sections of lawn, and is fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and a seating area, as well as an outdoor shower with cold water.
