The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later. The family apartment on the first floor consists of a double room measuring 180 x 200 with a private bathroom and 2 additional single beds measuring 90 x 200 positioned on the mezzanine floors, plus a living room with television. Il Fienile, the old barn, contains 3 spacious double suites decorated in natural colors, each arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor of each suite, you will find a comfortable living room, coffee corner, bathroom with shower, and access to a private garden, while the upper floor features a double bedroom measuring 180 x 200 with television.

The estate operates on an exclusive rental basis, offering you complete privacy throughout your stay. Check-in is available from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 am. The changeover day is Saturday, with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season, though prices for shorter stays are available upon request. The property is available from April 1st to October 31st. Two service options are available to enhance your experience: Option 1 includes concierge service for all your requests along with bed linen and towel change on Wednesday, while Option 2 provides daily breakfast delivery with a housekeeper who will make up the beds and clean the kitchen each morning during a 3-hour service period. External chefs are not permitted at the estate, though you may arrange for a private chef or cooking classes through the property upon request. Social events accommodating more than 22 guests can be organized through the property's partners following management approval. You are required to provide a complete rooming list 1 week before your arrival. A pre-authorization is requested upon arrival for potential damages. Piano tuning services are available if needed during your stay.

This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with a food shop, a restaurant and a butcher is 5 km away, Siena with all kinds of shops and railway station 12 km, San Gimignano approx. 50 km, Florence 70 km away, Pisa 115 km , Rome 250 km away.
