Departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM. Upon arrival at the property, you are required to provide a photocopy of each traveler's passport and sign a form for the local authorities. A security deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash to the property representative, and will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any accidental damages to the property. Please note that fans are not usable at this property. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 through April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Television service includes English channels available for your viewing. Dogs are accepted upon request. Baby beds and chairs are available upon request to accommodate families with young children.

The swimming pool is located 30 m from the villa, on the same level, in a secluded area of the garden, accessible across a stone-paved lawn. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 14 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m, featuring a sand-coloured PVC lining with a travertine border and chlorine purification. Entry is facilitated by 5 steps positioned in 2 corners. The 60 sq m travertine and stone pool terrace is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, gazebos, sofas, tables, and chairs, and is equipped with a solar shower. A staircase leads from this floor to the second floor, where a further double bedroom with a divisible bed completes the sleeping accommodation. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.
