Description
Casa Rosa is located 2 km (2 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings". Vacation rental Casa Rosa is a beautiful stone building (350 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms.
The Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people.
