Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa is a lovely stone building with shared pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The villa / farmhouse / home has a total of five private units. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms.
LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a playground, patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.
