New Review Submitted for Villa Cinzia located in Grassina, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 3rd of October 2015.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
We had a family of 8 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cinzia. The views from every angle were more stunning than we had expected and the accommodations were very comfortable. The owner wants guests to appreciate the same enjoyment that her family enjoys when staying. She genuinely cares about how to make things better. We had two cars so that we could get into the countryside or into Florence. The drive to Piazza Michelangelo in Florence seemed to be the easiest choice for parking and location. Parking at the train station was more hectic. The local Osteria was a good choice for dinner when we didn't want to cook at the villa. I would recommend this villa to friends. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts, though we did enjoy a late afternoon cocktail hour near the pool.

New Review Submitted for Frosini: Gemma located in Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Wednesday 9th of September 2015.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
Casa Frosini is an oasis in the heart of Tuscany. It is only fifteen minutes to the autostrada or Arezzo with all of its shops, restaurants and historical attractions such as its beautiful cathedral. The pool and surrounding patio was a welcome, relaxing retreat from visiting the many hill towns within an hour of the rental property. Apartment Gemma was clean and furnished extremely well. What was very important to me is the manner in which the owners were responsive to any question and made you feel more then welcome into their home.

New Review Submitted for Gli Oleandri located in Torricella, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 19th of September 2015.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
We spent a fine 2 weeks at Gli Oleandri. While there were a few minor problems with plumbing and a missing corkscrew(!), they were quickly addressed by the owner and his rep. Our group ranged in size from 4 to 8 people, including a 3-year-old, and we were all comfortably accommodated. The web photos accurately depicted the villa (which was spotless when we arrived), but did not do justice to the view of Val di Chiana from the patio/porch. The kitchen, while small, has all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. The Coop in Monte San Savino was an excellent source of fresh food, and is open until 8 pm on Saturdays. If you are renting late in September, as we were, be sure to bring some warm clothes, as the villa can get chilly and heat is $6 Euros/hour. A few suggestions to the owner to make his property even better: 1) Provide wi-fi access. I didn't notice until too late that the villa had none, and it made planning our daily itinerary difficult, even with a guide book and maps. There is wi-fi available in the village at the Caffe della Luna, but it is a little too far for frequent trips. 2) Add a few more blankets to your supply in the late fall -- they would really make a difference when it gets chilly. 3) While we generally had enough hot water for our needs, there seems to be a lot of air in the pipes, which made for some erratic water pressure. Of course, we understand that it is an old house, not a hotel, and that systems will therefore be more idiosyncratic. 4) Put a couple of good reading lamps in the living room -- even with all the ceiling lights on, it was rather dark and gloomy at night.
