New Review Submitted for Podere Centone located in Matraia, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 23rd of April 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
We had a lovely time at Centone. It is a beautiful, well-kept villa and grounds with amazing views of the valley below. The small town nearby had friendly people. The villa might have been hard to find, but the owner, a local man, volunteered to meet us and escorted us to it. He was friendly, offering to make us arrangements at the local vineyard and making restaurant recommendations. Our family had a marvelous time and would love to go back.

New Review Submitted for Salvino: Salvino 8 located in Montespertoli, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Sunday 3rd of April 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
This was a wonderful property for our family to rent (myself, my wife, and 4 children). It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The area around the Villa is amazing. We were able to visit many hill towns in the area. We would recommend this property to others and would return again if we are able.

New Review Submitted for Il Cipresso located in Montopoli In Val D'arno, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 30th of April 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
Familie Masoni bedankt.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] An oasis in Tuscany. What a great house, ideal to rent for 2 families on holiday together but still want their own privacy. You can reach the house over a 3 km unpaved and bumpy road. But immediately on arrival a warm welcome by the landlord. Because it is a little remote you will certainly find peace. A beautiful garden with a lovely pool to relax. At the house there is a BBQ available and delicious Montepatti wine (available in the house for 4 euros a bottle) tastes fine. We enjoyed the house and its surroundings! Thanks to the Masoni family.

New Review Submitted for Podere Lo Spadino located in San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Tuesday 19th of April 2011.
Renter Rating: 4/5.
Review Details:
The villa was absolutely wonderful and location spectacular. The family's hospitality was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time at Podere Lo Spadino.

Pros:

- Location. Close to many beautiful sites with San Gimignano being one of the best
- Cleanliness and charm of the villa
- Barbara and her family
- Dinner!

Cons:

- Hot water. Unable for more than 2-3 showers (sleeps 8). Recently changed the heating system which may be part of it. There is a hot water/gas fee at departure. Generally not an issue but felt there was payment for something we didn't receive in return.
- Washing machine facilities were limited (does not spin clothing very well).
- Cooking class was very fun but would recommend taking it on a separate day from the dinner. Paid for both the dinner and class (90Euro). Would recommend providing recipes and more hands on.
