Propriétaire est très sympathique. Il faut savoir que pour atteindre la maison il faut monter 1/2 heure même s'il n'y a pas beaucoup de kilomètre pour aller à la mer car la route est étroite et des fois on ne peu pas se croiser. Il y a une super vu de la terrasse, et des deux chambres qui sont très grande. La cuisine est très bien équipé. Pour la clim elle ne sert à rien pour les chambres qui sont à l'étage car elle est en bas. La salle de bain est trop petite. Par contre il y a un restaurant juste à coté de la location que je recommande même si ça ne paye pas de mine c'est toujours plein. Location au calme excellent pour se reposer.

Licht und Schatten
Plus: Schöne Lage, tolles Grundstück mit großem Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden.
Minus: Das Dach ist von Termiten befallen, die Tag und Nacht Geräusche verursachen, stört beim Schlafen. Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Funkloch, telefonieren nur im Park möglich, das kostenlose WiFi ist extrem schwach; wer ab und zu mal im Urlaub arbeiten / telefonieren / Mails checken muss, braucht viel Geduld.

We had an amazing week at La Pogetta. We were a group of 12 (6 couples) so had access to the main villa and the annex, which were both great. The facilities surrounding the villa couldn't have been better & we used the pool and tennis court every day. One of the highlights was organising a chef (Lorenzo) to come in and cook a four course Italian meal for us - it was the best meal we had all week.

I would definitely recommend this Villa for the perfect stay in the Tuscan wine country!
