Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, geben gute Ratschläge und sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Das Anwesesen ist eben ein Bauernhof, sowohl Hausanlage als auch Poolanlage sind in die Jahre gekommen aber mit einer traumhaften Lage. Wer hohe Ansprüche an Sauberkeit hat sollte diese hier sehr herunterschrauben oder wie wir, eben selber sauber machen..!!! 30,00€ Endreinigung sind hier eher als Entschädigung an den Gast zu zahlen. Zudem sind nicht alle Küchengeräte wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, anzufinden. Die Matratzen sind für eine kaputte Bandscheibe ein Alptraum.

The property is just a farm, both house and pool area are getting old but with a fantastic location. Who has high standards of cleanliness should this put this one low on the list or, as we did, just clean yourself ..! 30,00 € final cleaning are payable rather as a compensation to the guest. In addition, not all kitchen appliances as indicated in the description, can be found. The mattresses are a nightmare for a broken disc.

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Fragola. Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Der sehr nette Eigentümer war sehr aufmerksam, reinigte den Pool und erfreute uns mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau. Trotzdem war es nie aufdringlich. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, was es uns mit unserer 2jährigen Tochter viel einfacher machte. Das Dorffest in Chianacce fanden wir auch sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent with our family a wonderful holiday in the Villa Fragola. Very nice house in a quiet area, yet many attractions in the vicinity. The very nice owner was very attentive, cleaned the pool and enjoyed fresh vegetables from our own cultivation. Still, never intrusive. The pool is fenced, which made it much easier with our 2 year old daughter. We also loved the village festival in Chianacce. We would like to come again.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour du 17/08 au 31/08 à La Gropina (4 adultes et 4 enfants).
La maison est bien équipée, les espaces extérieurs bien entretenus et la piscine très agréable (11,5mx5,5m) Le site bénéficie d'un calme absolu tout en étant à quelques minutes du village de Loro Ciuffenna.
Un grand merci à Massimo pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité à aider et répondre à nos attentes.

The house is well equipped, the outdoor areas well maintained and the pool very nice (11,5mx5,5m) The site enjoys absolute calm while being a few minutes from the village of Loro Ciuffenna.

Fantastic house set among the Tuscan hills with great views. The house is large enough to accommodate a family of 7 comfortably, and is well equipped to ensure your stay is a great experience.
There is a barbecue area & pizza oven in the back garden with a good seating area as well as a under cover patio area at the front of the house- both very versatile.
The pool is a good size and is surrounded by a really large garden in fact it was such a good pool we spent more of our time just enjoying lazing around than we did sight seeing. I would thoroughly recommend this house, it is near to a good supermarket and it is very easy to visit places such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca which was about a 20 minute drive.

VILLA BELLISSIMA. Piscina bellissima è tenuta bene. Molto servita. Non manca niente. Una nota stonata il condizionatore. Una villa di questo livello, considerato il caldo estivo, non può non averlo. Quest’anno con un bimbo di un anno vi garantisco che è stata molto dura. Per il resto consigliatissima!

Just the air conditioner: A villa of this level, given the summer heat, cannot fail to have it. This year, with a one-year-old child, I guarantee that it was very hard. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e cortesi.
Va tutto bene e pulito.
La piscina è davvero grande e facile da usare in estate. Parcheggiare nella proprietà è un'ottima cosa in quanto parcheggiare a San Gimignano è molto noioso.
I cani sono ben educati e silenziosi.
Ci siamo divertiti qui.

It's all right and clean. The pool is really big and easy to use in the summer. Parking at the property is a good thing as parking in San Gimignano is very difficult. Dogs are well behaved and silent.
