J'ai aimé : Grand appartement au cœur du centre historique avec un petit supermarché et des restaurants à proximité. Propriétaire réactive et ponctuelle pour l arrivée et le départ. Attention 200 eur de deposit en espèces uniquement

Je n'ai pas aimé : En premier il n y a pas de Wifi comme notée et confirmée par l agence EasyReserve et Il n y a quasiment qu un peu de réseau si vous êtes sur le balcon au dessus de la rue.
Appartement des années 50 donc vielles prises électriques branlantes.
Les carpettes et tapis n’étaient pas aspires et le carrelage pas très propre. Rideau de baignoire plein de calcaire.
Pas de climatisation mais des ventilos. Si le soir vous ouvrez pour la fraîcheur, vous avez le bruit de la rue, du bar, du restaurant et des passants jusqu’à 23h30 et les voitures à 7 h le lendemain.
La cuisine a été refaite mais sans lave-vaisselle, ni micro-onde, ni lumière au dessus de l évier.

I liked: Large apartment in the heart of the historic center with a small supermarket and restaurants nearby. Responsive and punctual owner for arrival and departure. Attention: 200 eur deposit in cash only

I did not like: First there is no Wifi as noted and confirmed by the EasyReserve agency and there is only a small network if you are on the balcony above the street.
Apartment from the 50s so old rickety electrical outlets.
The rugs were not vacuumed and the tiles not very clean. Bath curtain full of limestone.
No air conditioning but fans. If you open up for the cool at night, you have the noise of the street, bar, restaurant and passers-by until 11:30 p.m. and cars at 7 a.m. the next day.
The kitchen has been redone but without dishwasher, microwave, or light above the sink.
Photos are bright but not in reality

Ho soggiornato presso Villa Fosca dal 16/08 al 23/08/20, il mio soggiorno e’ stato fantastico. La villa e’ stupenda, la consiglio vivamente a chi ha dei bambini, anche piccoli. C’è molto spazio ed e’ l’ideale per una vacanza in compagnia di amici o parenti. Bellissima anche la piscina. Il panorama è che si vede intorno alla villa e’ incantevole. Sicuramente ci tornerò nuovamente in futuro. La villa si trova poi in un’ottima zona, vicinissima a Lucignano e poco distante da altri bellissimi borghi come Montepulciano o Cortona. La consiglio!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] I stayed at Villa Fosca from 16/08 to 23/08/20, my stay was fantastic. The villa is gorgeous, I highly recommend it to those with children, even small ones. There is plenty of space and it is ideal for a holiday in the company of friends or relatives. The swimming pool is also beautiful. The view is that you see around the villa and is enchanting. I will definitely stay there again in the future. The villa is also located in an excellent area, very close to Lucignano and not far from other beautiful villages such as Montepulciano or Cortona. I recommend it!

Questo cottage tipicamente rustico immersa in una natura incontaminata e nella totale, è tenuto bene e con tanto amore. Bel giardino spazioso, molto curato a ridosso di un bosco. Piscina pulita ogni giorno dai proprietari la cui gentilezza è innata. Ci hanno persino regalato dei pomodori di loro produzione e fatto assaggiare il loro olio che d’altronde è acquistabile. Non esitate! Ottima zona per gite nei dintorni facilmente raggiungibili (Arezzo, Cortona…).

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] This typically rustic cottage surrounded by unspoiled nature and in total, is well kept, with lots of love. Nice spacious garden, very well kept, close to the woods. Pool cleaned every day by the owners whose kindness is innate. They even gave us tomatoes of their own garden and let us taste their oil which, on the other hand, is affordable. Do not hesitate! Excellent area for trips to the easily accessible surroundings (Arezzo, Cortona ...).

La casa è favolosa e dotata di ogni confort, panorama mozzafiato. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima per godersi in pieno relax la campagna toscana.

A very nice place for a family!
The view on the terrace is really amazing! You can spend your day there, watching the scenery! The garden is beautiful and the 3 bathrooms very handy.

The owners, Enza and Giuliano, are really welcoming, nice and friendly: they welcome us with a bottle of Chianti and an homemade cake; we had free access to their vegetable garden, full of tasty tomatoes; they gave us some homemade jams, pizza, tiramisu and cooked tomates, all very good and genuine! At the and, Enza even offered us to stay a few days more for free as they didn't have customers and we left with gifts!
The only downside was mosquitoes: we were surprised to "find" some in Toscany but it is everywhere the same in this part of Italy. They seemed to have appeared 10 years ago. Anyway, with a few tricks and cream, it wasn't a big deal anymore.

Abbiamo soggiornato in sei adulti nella struttura, che abbiamo trovato veramente comoda per ogni esigenza. Ottima la piscina e lo spazio esterno, ma anche gli spazi interni sono ampi e confortevoli.

Casa dotata di molti comfort, arredata bene e in maniera molto completa, corrisponde alla descrizione. Il rapporto con l'host è stato buono, gentilezza e rispetto alla base di tutto.

C'è poco da dire, la villa è meravigliosa! In tutto e per tutto! Forse da migliorare un pò la pulizia ma la bellezza del posto ripaga di tutto. Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Nulla di negativo.
