To the right of the main entrance, a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, one featuring a divisible bed and one a double bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom serving the floor.
On the first floor, a sitting room to the right of the staircase faces the billiard room, which is a large, brightly lit space with a frescoed vaulted ceiling. Measuring 25 meters in length and 5 meters in width, it features an infinity side, partial cover, internal illumination, and a salt purification system. The pool basin is entirely tiled, with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to a maximum of 2.00 meters, and is accessed via 2 metal staircases. Its edge is crafted from white local travertine, and the surrounding solarium area extends to approximately 200 square meters, furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs, tables, and gazebos. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a bathroom with 2 showers and a decorative stepped fountain. The synthetic grass tennis court is well-maintained and available for guest use, and the park also includes a selection of games for children. A restricted area within the estate houses solar panels.
